    I’m a 54-year old Indian male with a chronic history of diabetes and low back pain. I could not bend at all and hence always gave up on yoga as it was just too painful. Turned out, I was just not doing it right!

    Taleta tailored a routine for me to build up flexibility and strength without going too much into forward bends. There was a huge focus on the meditative aspect of yoga and aligning movements with breath.

    Distant Energy Healing

    Have you tried everything to heal and even though you are doing all the right things you have hit a wall?

    Energy healing has the potential to turn the needle on your health as it clears trauma that is often stored in the physical body, thus creating disease, and it activates your own self-healing mechanisms.

    You don’t need to be physically present to receive the energy healing you only need to provide me with some personal details, and I will arrange to send it to you at an agreed time.

    There is more to us than our physical body. We also have an energy body made up of our aura (energy field), the chakras (energy centres) and the meridians (energy pathways.)

    Our physical body takes in food to nourish it and give it energy, and our energetic body does the same. The energy fields take energy in and the meridians distribute it throughout the body.


    How Does Reiki Work?

    Reiki activates your own healing process and promotes deep healing on a mental, physical, spiritual and emotional level. It increases vitality and it encourages a person’s system to its own unique balance by re-attuning the body’s own vibrational rate to that of a healthy and harmonious vibration.

    Distant Reiki works the same as an in-person Reiki session except the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room. Advanced Reiki Practitioners learn and receive the distance symbol, and when invoked, practitioners can send Reiki healing energy across time and space.

    In Distant Reiki, it is the practitioner’s focus and intent to send the energy to the client, and that person’s willingness to receive it, that makes it work.
